Or there is no limit on number of tasks, the only limit is how many task are executing in parrallel?

Please don't exceed 3 parallel runs at a time. Other than that you can run any number of runs back to back.

No this rule is not set by Apify but by us so you need to implement it yourself. If you create more than 3 parallel runs, there is a possibility that our rate-limiter will block you.
