I'm trying to get large set of tweets by keyword and my queries no longer return much data

Queries that last night returned 10k+ results now return random inconsistent results from 46 to ~2000 but nowhere near what I'd expect. No errors in the logs or anything. I have $200 of Usage remaining. Any ideas? Attached Actor run URL is just one example.
