Hello,

Since you are violating the terms of the actor, you are getting rate-limited. Please check the terms at https://apify.com/apidojo/tweet-scraper#important-note and if you think you can change your logic to follow these requirements, please reach out via Discord or email.

Example run: https://console.apify.com/view/runs/wq5afGZMWjOmTd00U

This is really unfortunate. But at least I knew it's against your tos.

I won't be coming back. This is a no way to treat a paying customer System must account for this with payment model to discourage scenarios of use that are non profitable to you

Hello,

Every product has a terms of service and it is the customer's responsibility to read and follow them. When you get a product, you first read the documentation/readme, right?

Yea, I totally understand your point of view. Any specific reason why just not to raise costs(aka provide minimal query price) as some others did?

There might be something I'm not aware about(like for example if I pull too frequently on X for specific term with a certain account tag said account tag might get blocked by X or something) Thank you :)

Hello,

There are other technical reasons behind this as well. Apify will introduce a new pricing model so this will be more relaxed. We also have rules for the concurrency and the amount of requests that is made, all explained in the documentation.

Cheers

Thank you for your response. That all makes sense.
