When I query this over twitter with sort: Latest, I also see a single tweet. Our actor uses Twitter queries and it can only get what Twitter shows. Twitter sometimes act strange like this. Can you please try with some other queries? Maybe chain them, etc. You can also try your quieries on the Twitter web UI before running the actor.
