Actor not fetching comments properly

We're facing an issue where the actor isn't fetching any media, including videos or GIFs, if a comment contains them. It seems to be skipping over these entirely. Below are the request for the same post one with the gif and video and one with the normal

Hi, I got the same issue plus no extraction from several links I added to the run. I'd like to have the rent money back since the actor didn't work as expected (it worked fine when I tested it during my trial last month).
