One of three events failed to be scraped

Just noticed that a valid event failed to be scraped and can't find much relevant information in the logs. It's about 514342015018153 that's part of this actor run.
Could you share some of the reasons on why it failed? What's the suggested approach for events that failed?

Looks like a proxy glitch, because re-running works fine: https://console.apify.com/view/runs/sHt2QHkPWEIjvifZT for https://www.facebook.com/events/514342015018153/
So a proxy was not available during the run but now works fine. Unless you experience it again consider it a platform glitch. Something was changed or migrated in proxy management for your account, by coincidence it was during the run and affected scraped results.

I've observed this issue multiple times so far, but can't identify a pattern yet.
How often could a proxy glitch occur? I'd need this info to account for it and maybe retry events at later time.

We have increased the amount of retries we do internally - we are already trying to deal with this for you, so it's hard to give good advice on what you should do other than notifying us when you are experiencing issues. Do note that scraping is imperfect and we cannot guarantee that we will always get all results - sometimes we are unable to see if the scraper is being blocked or if the thing we are trying to access doesn't exist, so the amount of retries we do is often a balance between how many results we are getting and what price we can offer them at.
If you do set up workflows to rerun with items we didn't find the first time around, please let us know what you find 😊.
