I ran a small sample again a few hours later and still got same type errors.. Something about page not existing or blocked. This was on the facebook scrapper.. but i believe we get same results from the instagram scrapper.

Hi! Hi! There was platform glitch, runs failed with 503 error (not access to KV Store), other actors was also affected. Fixed already.

Sample FB page now scraped as expected: https://console.apify.com/view/runs/Y12WgmQKngim4hrci Reported https://www.facebook.com/USCPSC page however fails https://console.apify.com/view/runs/3EyjBUQsBlUk8Qzuo because specific data format, working on fix, will keep you informed about the progress.

If there is more pages which not scraped please share references in comments, it will help to better identify issue and fix it faster.

In runs logs I found and https://www.facebook.com/carlene.bills however for such cases actor getting no posts because page access limited, no data available without Facebook login. See screens from incognito browser attached.

So I just tried again and I'm only able to get a few posts. I was trying to pull posts from this profile since March 2023 (previous 12 months). Is this possible?

Hi! If you don't mind to skip newer posts (which fail because of specific format) actor works as expected: see sample re-run of your input https://console.apify.com/view/runs/ekjBJ5AzmEqNmIo8O with resultsLimit: 100, if you not setting it then actor will get only initial results (it's business logic, not a bug, actor user must directly choose how many posts and therefore CUs he wants)

Issue was caused by so far unique post like https://www.facebook.com/USCPSC/posts/856415313196250 where internal data so complex that actor unable to parse it as regular JSON. To reproduce need to scrape page posts older than 2024-04-06 to reach post which failed in old version
