getting less reviews

I'm trying to fetch reviews from the restaurant's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/foundingfarmers/reviews). Although the page shows 11,139 reviews and Apify's limit is 5,000, I've only received 628 reviews. Could you please explain why this might be happening?

Review reach not necessarily public, in other words review might not be available without Facebook login and actor can not use login in any form because of legal reasons.
I checked manually your targeted page https://www.facebook.com/foundingfarmers and in incognito browser internal hard limit is the same as scraped by actor (see screens attached, its when scrolling stopped and last 6 reviews exactly the same as in your dataset).
Closest alternative is https://www.facebook.com/foundingfarmers/photos_of (tagged photos from any other page), do you think its valuable from business point of view?
Other than that nothing else to consider at the moment. We getting max amount of data available without Facebook login as was confirmed by your run.
