Some post urls on specific accounts are failing to scrape

I can go and grab a random reel from an account on my feed and it works fine: https://www.instagram.com/reel/CiqhqlyMnA9/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link But trying to get this specific users post isn't working (along with other specific users): https://www.instagram.com/reel/ChipkvDggHL/?igshid=ODBkMDk1MTU=
logs just say its not finding the media but the post is still up and you can see it is there.
Thanks for feedback, for second reel logged IG user absolutely required but I can not find a reason why. In other words this reel always available for logged user and never available for scraper or web visitor without login.

same for these although it seems to eventually ask for log in if you go to the posts several times. i'm able to access them with instagram download services including another apify service on here "Instagram video downloader"

here's the results of using the other apify service they seem to be having trouble accessing them as well but were able to get these three. Is there some potential workaround that can be added here my company really needs this and I'd be happy to collaborate with you on this issue.
