"Include replies (Paying users only)" option not returning replies when enabled

There should be 4 comments returned for this url (https://www.instagram.com/p/DF06KSmTImi/), but only two are being returned (the top level comments). The returned comments are returning "repliesCount": 1,, but the replies array is empty ("replies": [],) and the replies are not being returned at the root level either. I am a paying customer (Scale plan).
