How this crawler works?

The Meta's data policy explicitly prohibit the users of namely "web scraping" because it could affect the functioning of the platform (automation tools being used to disguise an actual user activity). I would like to know, technically, if this crawler behavior this way.

All Apify-managed FB and IG actors do not use any social network logins, therefore actors do not represent any user from a social network provider point of view, and in turn, there is no ToS violation since none of the terms ever accepted.
