Recently, the actor has less data pulled as opposed to the 280 that should be there. Least being 212 and average being 274. What could be the issue?

Hi!

In the run settings for https://console.apify.com/view/runs/y1Mu26JfX3R7o65bv you specified Maximum results 803 So all 265 public posts are scraped

In the https://console.apify.com/view/runs/TuEH7jElHMfIvx8Pd Maximum results 212 2025-06-30T19:28:08.903Z INFO Reached max data limit, aborting the run So up to 212 public posts are scraped

Please increase max paid results value in the run settings

I will close the issue now, but if there is anything else we can help with, please let us know.

BKinoti's colleague here chiming in. No settings have been changed, but the number of posts pulled over time has continuously declined for this same task. We've set the maximum reels per pull at 40 across 7 channels = 280 reels. Each instagram account has more than 40 reels publicly available (hence why initial results returned 280 reels). Please see two screenshots attached demonstrating the decline.

If you there is an advanced setting causing this please let us know- we're in testing phase right now, but are hoping to dramatically increase our Apify usage going forward and need to make sure we can rely on the completeness of the results.

Thanks for the help, Alexey.
