Instagram Reels Scraping Blocked Despite Being Public

Hi team,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Instagram Reels scraper actor. Although the reels are publicly available (not private, and accessible in incognito), the actor is returning errors like:
Request blocked, retrying it again with different session https://www.instagram.com/api/graphql
The logs repeatedly mention retry attempts, but the data is not getting scraped. It eventually shows the page as "restricted," even though it’s not. This issue is affecting the scraping of public Reels.
Could you please check if the actor is being rate-limited or if there’s an update needed for scraping /reel/ pages? Please also advise if any changes are required on my side, such as using residential proxies or logged-in sessions.
