Hi!
Its proxy limitation, for some small countries like NL depends on time of running there might be not enough fresh IPs to bypass Instagram anti-bot blocking. Re-run with your input works fine: https://console.apify.com/view/runs/WqjhzxdRBYbj1OubQ but to avoid errors like in your original run when one of the posts failed after 10 retries please do not customize proxies. If profile is not blocked by location use default proxy (without specifying proxy in input) so max amount of IPs will be used by scraping. If profile restricted by location try to use IPs from biggest possible country, i.e. if scraping works for proxies in USA and NL, choose US as proxy country, not NL
