TikTok Shop GMV Analyzer — Sellers, Products & Creators
Turn public TikTok Shop marketplace signals into seller, product, and affiliate-creator intelligence. Estimate lifetime GMV, model profit and margin, audit a competitor's product portfolio, rank creator opportunities, or discover products in a niche — without a TikTok login or cookies.
What you can analyze
| Mode | Input | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Keyword | Product keywords | Products ranked with price, public sold count, estimated GMV, modeled margin, seller, creator-video signals, and opportunity score |
| Seller | TikTok Shop store URLs or seller IDs | One portfolio report per seller with observed products, shop GMV range, concentration, followers, feedback, top products, and health score |
| Product | Product URLs or IDs | Individual product GMV range, revenue and profit model, rating, reviews, seller, creator signal, and opportunity score |
| Creator | Product keywords, optionally creator IDs/names | Creator contribution ranking based on the public product-video relationships observed in those niches |
Why use this Actor
- Seller portfolio intelligence — see whether a shop depends on one hero product or has diversified demand.
- Product GMV and profit model — combine public price and sold signals with your own cost, fee, commission, advertising, refund, and shipping assumptions.
- Creator discovery tied to commerce — find creators already attached to products in a niche, with video reach, engagement, promoted products, and a clearly labeled contribution estimate.
- Opportunity scoring — prioritize products using demand, rating, margin, creator activity, and review barriers.
- Explainable ranges — every estimate includes confidence and methodology instead of presenting modeled numbers as private marketplace facts.
- Automation-ready — export JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, use the Apify API, schedules, webhooks, Make, Zapier, n8n, or MCP.
- Pay only for delivered analyses — invalid and unavailable inputs are skipped and recorded separately.

Estimation methodology
TikTok Shop does not expose a competitor's private accounting data. This Actor therefore labels estimates explicitly:
- Product lifetime GMV starts from the current public price multiplied by the public lifetime sold count.
- The low/high range allows for historical price changes and variant price mix.
- Seller GMV uses the visible product portfolio and, when available, the shop's public sold count with the observed average price.
- Creator contribution is a modeled range based on public product GMV and observed creator-video reach. It is not Affiliate Center attribution, and creator totals may overlap.
- Profit uses the assumptions supplied in the run. Adjust them for your actual sourcing and operating costs.
These estimates are intended for product research, competitive analysis, and prioritization — not financial reporting.
About daily, monthly, and yearly GMV
The public soldCount is cumulative since the product was listed, not a verified 1-day or 30-day sales total. A single run therefore reports lifetime GMV instead of inventing daily, monthly, or yearly revenue. Reliable period trends require at least two observations made on different dates; this boundary is intentional and keeps the output explainable.
Reliability and billing safeguards
- Inputs are validated before network work starts.
maxItemsis a hard ceiling for returned product analyses.- Requests, retries, workers, and the full run are time-bounded.
- Results are written progressively, so completed analyses remain available if a later target is slow.
- Invalid, unavailable, and empty targets are stored in
FAILED_INPUTSand are not billed as successful results. - Aggregated seller and creator rankings are also available in the
SUMMARYkey-value-store record.
Pricing
Pay per successfully delivered analysis result, from $5 per 1,000 results on paid Apify plans. Platform compute, storage, and transfer are paid by the run owner. Set maxItems before large discovery runs to control the maximum bill.
Responsible use
Use the Actor for lawful marketplace research and analysis. Respect applicable laws, platform terms, database rights, and contractual obligations. Do not treat modeled GMV or creator attribution as audited financial data.
