Subito.it Marketplace Scraper — Listings Dataset Export

Extract unique, normalized listings from Subito.it across 17 marketplace categories. The Actor is designed for lightweight bulk collection: it paginates listings, removes duplicate listing IDs, and exports clean records ready for CSV/JSON analysis.

Main features

• Export up to thousands of unique listings per run.
• Search across Italy or restrict results by city and province.

• Remove duplicate listings automatically while continuing pagination until the requested number of unique records is reached, when available.
• Export the real Subito section for each result through the subcategory field, derived from the listing URL without additional requests.
• Return direct listing links and up to five image URLs per record.

Performance

A test run exported 5,000 unique listings in approximately 2 minutes and 46 seconds using Apify residential proxy infrastructure. Runtime can vary according to proxy latency, selected filters, target category and anti-bot responses from the source website.

For large exports, the Actor default timeout is set to 900 seconds.

The Actor intentionally does not infer seller identity, GPS coordinates or investment/deal rankings when those values are not reliably available in listing-search data.
