When I do my research with seloger, the search url looks like this but it is not accepted by scraper.

Good catch, The actor expects URLs to be like 'https://www.seloger.com/list.htm?' Not sure about this "https://www.seloger.com/classified-search?" path and how did you load it (I'll try to look into this later) but believe they updated how their website works and we'd need to update the actor.
In the meantime, could you please load https://www.seloger.com/list.htm?projects=2&types=2,1&natures=1&places=[{%22divisions%22:[2238]},{%22inseeCodes%22:[130208]}]&rooms=3&mandatorycommodities=0&pool=1&enterprise=0&qsVersion=1.0&m=search_refine-redirection-search_results , update the filters, copy the URL as input and see if you can get the expected results?
Well, just checked their LinkedIn page and they have a post about website revamping, so we definitely need to adjust the actor. (I'll work on this this weekend)
