SEC Exempt Offering Normalizer
Local SEC Complete Data Suite actor for evidence-bound exempt offerings reported publicly to the SEC.
Current state: Package 4 adds the native Apify lifecycle around the bounded,
direct-SEC resolver/client/service. The default Dataset receives only validated
secExemptOfferingEvent records. SUMMARY and ERRORS are always persisted
to the default Key-Value Store for success, empty, partial, and failed runs;
they never contain raw input, exception text, full SEC responses, secrets, or
untrusted URLs. See the docs/implementation-spec.md
and docs/product/interface.md.
It normalizes Form D/D-A, Regulation A, and Regulation Crowdfunding notices and
reports as secExemptOfferingEvent records. amountSold is always a
filer-reported amount, not a payment confirmation. The hard limits are 20
queries, 10,000 records, 200 SEC requests, and 50 MiB. The local planned
pay-per-event configuration contains no events, so the adapter makes no charge
calls and every summary reports exact zero cost.
The Docker entry point is python -m sec_exempt_offering_normalizer. Python
3.13 and the exactly pinned Apify runtime closure are required. This project is
not deployed, published, price-configured, or monetized in Apify Cloud.
