no traffic being generated

i have tried 2 actor runs now using the guidance in the video that you have produced but neither are generating traffic. the output records are generated but the success field of every record shows an "x", and realtime Plausible data does not show any traffic either. Below is one such actor run that completed but totally failed. Any guidance would be helpful thanks.
