Scrape property listings from Immonot, the portal of French notaries (about 25,000 ads), and get clean structured data: price, living and land area, rooms, city and the notary office behind each ad, including notarial online auctions.
What you can do with it
- Track notary-sold property: houses, flats, land and commercial premises listed by notary offices, often outside the big portals.
- Study local prices: price, living area, land area and rooms by city, postal code or department.
- Spot opportunities: new listings and notarial online auctions ("vente interactive") in the areas you care about.
- Map the notary offices that handle the most property in a region.
Input
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Listing URL | Search on immonot.com with any filters, or use a department page such as https://www.immonot.com/immobilier-notaire/annonces/D35/ille-et-vilaine.html, then paste the URL. Empty means all listings in France. |
| Transaction type | all, sale, rent or interactive-sale (notarial online auction). Skipped listings do not count towards the maximum. |
| Maximum number of listings | The run stops once this many listings are saved. |
Output
One record per listing:
{"id": "0000011770__w17908691002199104","url": "https://www.immonot.com/immobilier-notaire/detail/0000011770__w17908691002199104/achat-maison-a-vendre-35340-liffre-ille-et-vilaine.html","transaction": "sale","propertyType": "maison","price": 644800,"currency": "EUR","city": "Liffré","postalCode": "35340","livingAreaM2": 161,"landAreaM2": 2000,"rooms": 6,"bedrooms": 4,"reference": "35009/CM-345","photoCount": 10,"notaryOffice": "SELARL NOTAIRES DE LA VISITATION","notaryAddress": "7 rue de la Visitation, 35000 Rennes","imageUrl": "https://cdn-immonot.notariat.services/photo/jpg/w17908691002199104_1790870115835/maison-en-vente-liffre-35340-001.webp"}
Export the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the Apify API.
Good to know
- Each results page gives 12 listings with full data: runs are fast and cheap, no browser or proxy needed.
- For rentals,
priceis the monthly rent. For sales, it is the asking price. livingAreaM2is the floor area shown on the card; for land plots and commercial premises it is the area announced by the notary.rooms,bedrooms,landAreaM2andreferenceare empty when the notary did not give them.- Only the notary office is named. Free-text descriptions are not exported because they often contain the personal contact details of the negotiator.
Why this one
- Notary-sold property, including online auctions. Every record names the notary office behind the ad (
notaryOffice,notaryAddress), and thetransactionfilter covers sale, rent and interactive sale. - Areas as numbers.
livingAreaM2,landAreaM2,roomsandbedroomsare separate fields, ready to compute a price per square metre.
Who uses it
- Price tracking of the same listing between runs: drops, removals, new entries.
- Market analysis by area, brand or type, with numeric fields ready for a spreadsheet.
- Lead generation for agents, dealers and service providers who follow a local market.
Pricing
Pay per result: $2.00 per 1,000 listings, plus $0.00005 per run start. For example, 100 listings cost about $0.20. You only pay for the listings you receive, and platform usage is included in that price.
Run it from your code
JavaScript:
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';const client = new ApifyClient({ token: process.env.APIFY_TOKEN });const run = await client.actor('bibian/immonot-real-estate-scraper').call({transaction: 'sale',maxItems: 50,});const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
Python:
from apify_client import ApifyClientclient = ApifyClient(token="<APIFY_TOKEN>")run = client.actor("bibian/immonot-real-estate-scraper").call(run_input={"transaction": "sale","maxItems": 50})items = client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).list_items().items
Monitor new listings daily and connect your tools
- Schedule it. Save a task with your filters and schedule it daily with Apify Schedules. Compare runs on the
idfield to spot new, removed or repriced listings. - Push the results where you work. Add an Apify integration or a webhook to the task: Google Sheets, Slack, Make, Zapier, n8n or your own endpoint, triggered at the end of every run.
- Call it from your stack. The API and the JavaScript and Python clients return the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel.
- Let an AI agent use it. Through the Apify MCP server, assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT can search the Store, read this page and run the actor as a tool.
