Which user links work?

Links with the numeric user ID (weibo.com/u/1669879400 or weibo.com/1669879400) or the ID itself. Custom-name links (weibo.com/rmrb) are not resolved — open the profile and copy the numeric ID.

What time zone are the dates in?

publishedAt is converted to UTC (ISO 8601). Search rows also keep publishedText, the time as Weibo showed it ("5分钟前", "今天22:50").

Is it legal?

The Actor reads public posts only. Names and comments can be personal data under the PIPL and GDPR — have a lawful reason to process them.
