What does Bulk Email Verifier check?

• Mailbox exists: an SMTP check against the domain's own mail server, without sending an email.
• Catch-all domains: domains that accept every address are marked catch-all, so you can decide whether to send.
• Microsoft 365 and Outlook accounts: answered too, including the ones a plain mailbox check can't confirm.
• Dead domains: no MX record, a null MX, or a domain that refuses mail.
• Syntax: malformed addresses come back invalid at once and cost nothing to check.

How to verify an email list

1. Paste your emails into Emails, one per line (or send them through the API).
2. Leave Max minutes to wait at 10. Some mail servers answer "try again later" first; the run waits for a clear answer up to this limit.
