Tried with https://support.zendesk.com and https://ajuda.semparar.com.br without success

It works fine on our side. You should be using the subdomain and not the complete URL.

Input support for the first one. For the second one this is a custom domain so you need to find their actual Zendesk name.

A quick look at their help center tells us this should be working: centraldeajudasemparar
