• replyCount is the public reply total for a top-level comment. It is null on reply rows because it is not applicable there.
• createdAt and createTime describe when TikTok says the comment was created. scrapedAt describes when this Actor collected the row.
• isPinned, isHeartedByCreator, and authorVerified stay null if TikTok does not expose the public flag. They are not guessed as false.

Equivalent URLs and IDs for the same post are collected once per run. Saved rows are deduplicated by TikTok's stable comment ID.
