Hi! I've taken a look at some of your runs and saw that you didn't tick "Download videos" input (on the screenshot) - make sure to do so to get links and start the download process. Also, unless you tick other types of media downloads you'll only get links from TikTok's CDN which expire in a day or so.
I'll close this issue for now, but please reopen it if this wasn't your problem - we'd like to fix if anything is wrong on our side
