Scheduled Runs Do Not Pick Up All Reviews

Hello - I have a schedule that runs once a month to extract google reviews about my company. It consistently misses some of the reviews when running on a schedule, but a manual run of the scraper picks up all the reviews. The attached screenshot is from my business intelligence platform history and the circled items are the scheduled runs that imported. Those are missing records compared to the manual runs which have a higher total.
