What you get by default. Company name, UEN, HDB directory reference, address, postal code, published mailbox, phone.

Honest coverage. The official directory reported 2,708 contractors on 7 Sep 2026. That dump was 2,708/2,708 emails and 2,707/2,708 phones. Empty-contact rows are skipped when Only with email or phone is on. Contacts are never invented.

A generic data.gov.sg Store actor can dump any resource id — it does not price or label this as outreach-ready HDB contractor emails.
