This Actor exports the firm register (name, address, phone, fax, email). A Store listing already dumps individual architects (name, registration number, firm, address, phone) and does not print firm mailboxes. Use this Actor when you need outreach-ready firm emails.

What you get by default. Firm name, Singapore address, published mailbox, phone, fax when printed, official register URL.

Honest coverage. The official firm register reported 1,999 firms on 7 Sep 2026. A 100-row page that day was 100/100 emails and 98/100 phones. Empty-contact rows are skipped when Only with email or phone is on. Contacts are never invented.

The existing architect-only Store actor does not include firm_email. This SKU is the firm dataset with printed mailboxes.

3. Leave Max unique firms at 50 for a first paid-style run, or 20 on the free plan.

How to use Singapore BOA architect firm emails

Duplicate firm ids are merged into one CRM row. Emails come from the official firm register, not from the individual-architect list.

Is it legal to scrape the Singapore BOA firm register?

This Actor only reads public Register of Architectural Firms fields that the Board of Architects already shows on boa.gov.sg and publishes through data.gov.sg. No login is used.

Treat names, emails, phones and addresses as personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Do not buy or run this Actor to send unsolicited direct marketing unless you have a lawful basis (for example consent, or another PDPA exception that applies to your use). Your use must also comply with the BOA / data.gov.sg terms and the Spam Control Act where relevant.
