This Actor extracts attendee and speaker profiles from SmartSummit Hack 2026 via the Brella API. Brella is an event platform that displays participant lists with rich profiles — persona (Investor, Founder, etc.), company, pitch, and selected interests.

Does it use an official Brella API?

Yes. The Actor uses the same API as the Brella web app: POST /events/{eventSlug}/attendees (attendees mode) and GET /events/{eventSlug}/speakers (speakers mode). No HTML scraping, no browser automation.

FAQ

Do I need to enter credentials?

No. Credentials are pre-configured by the Actor owner in Apify Settings → Environment variables. Just select mode and run.

Why are some emails null?

Attendees choose what to display on their profile. Some hide email. The Actor enriches from the detail endpoint when available, but if the attendee hasn't shared it, the field stays null.

Is it legal to scrape Brella?

The Actor uses the official Brella API. You must have legitimate access to the event (e.g. you are registered). Use scraped data only for lawful purposes and in line with Brella's terms and GDPR.
