Supplier Price List to CSV - SKU, Price and Page Evidence
Public pilot: supported ruled-table PDFs only.
Convert a supplier's text-based PDF price table into structured product rows. Get SKU, description, unit, price and currency together with the page and row they came from.
Built for procurement teams, catalog administrators and automation builders who need to review product data before importing it.
Try it
Leave the PDF URL blank to run a free fictional demo. For your own document, paste a direct public HTTPS PDF link, select the supplier's currency and number format, and start the run.
Open the dataset for parsed products. Download PRODUCTS.csv from the run's key-value store. Check REVIEW for rows needing attention and SUMMARY for partial-page notices or unsupported tables.
If your table contains both list and net prices, set Optional column indexes explicitly. Indexes start at zero: {"sku":0,"description":1,"price":4} selects the fifth column as the price. The tool will flag an ambiguous price choice instead of guessing.
What you get
- Product codes retained as strings, normalized decimal prices and currency.
- Original cells and source page/table/row references in JSON.
- Conflicting duplicate SKUs flagged for review.
- Clear review flags for missing, zero or nonnumeric prices.
The engine uses deterministic table parsing. It does not send your PDF to an AI model or invent missing product information. Other agents and workflows can call the tool through Apify.
Supported documents
Version 0.1 supports English, text-based PDFs with visible table rules and recognizable SKU/description/price headers on each table. It does not perform OCR or extract borderless layouts. A supplier dollar symbol alone does not identify USD, CAD or AUD: select the correct currency.
Maximum 10 MiB, 20 pages and 5,000 candidate rows per run. Partial-document processing is stated explicitly. Extraction is not a certification of completeness; review the original before using prices commercially. Import CSV SKU columns as text if codes have leading zeros.
Pricing
$2 per 1,000 parsed product rows ($0.002 each). Rows marked for review, later exact duplicates, the built-in demo, and failed downloads do not incur the product-row event. Platform usage is included in this price; there is no separate start charge. Use a positive maximum run charge to limit spending.
Privacy and support
Submit only documents you are authorized to process. Input URLs and extracted output are held in Apify run storage under its retention settings. The original PDF is processed in temporary storage. Report unsupported layouts through this Actor's Issues tab; redact confidential information before attaching examples.
