How many homes can I scrape? Lennar has thousands of available homesites nationwide. A single run with allMarkets mode can return 5,000–15,000+ records (subject to Lennar's current inventory).

What markets does Lennar operate in? Lennar operates in 95+ markets across 30+ US states, from major metros (Dallas, Miami, Phoenix) to smaller markets (Jonesboro, Stillwater, Grand Junction).

Why are some communities returning 0 homes? Some communities may only have floor plans for sale (no specific homesites/lots assigned yet) or all homesites may be sold/pending. This is normal and the actor skips empty communities cleanly.

Can I scrape a specific community I found on Lennar.com? Yes — use mode: byCommunityUrl and provide the full URL to the community page (e.g. https://www.lennar.com/new-homes/texas/austin-central-texas/hutto/cotton-brook).

Limitations

• Floor-plan-only listings: Some Lennar communities sell at the floor-plan level without assigned lots. These are not included (they have no specific homesite address/price).
• Auth-required features: Mortgage estimates, personal offer details, and favorite lists require a Lennar account and are not scraped.
• Historical sold data: Only current active/under-construction/move-in-ready homesites are available via the public API.
