Find Google Maps business leads by niche and location, enrich them with public business contact data, rank the strongest opportunities, and return clean API-ready results for CRM, AI agents, MCP workflows, market research, and automated prospecting systems.
What this Actor does
Give the Actor a business type and a location, such as:
{"searchQuery": "dentist","location": "Brisbane, Australia","maxLeads": 25}
It returns qualified Google Maps leads with structured evidence instead of an unfiltered place dump.
Each delivered lead can include:
- business name and category
- address and Google Maps source URL
- public phone number
- public website
- publicly listed same-domain business email when found
- MX availability for the discovered email domain
- Google rating and review count
- 0-100 opportunity score
- opportunity band and evidence explaining the ranking
No external API key is required from the user.
Built for B2B lead generation
Use this Actor for:
- Google Maps lead generation
- local business prospect research
- public business email discovery
- CRM-ready lead lists
- market mapping by niche and city
- AI SDR and sales-agent workflows
- MCP / LLM tool calls
- automated research pipelines
- local-service market analysis
The Actor is designed for machines as well as humans: output is structured, deterministic, API-ready, and suitable for downstream automation.
Why use this instead of a raw Google Maps scraper?
A raw scraper returns places.
This Actor is designed to return a smaller, more useful unit: a deduplicated business that passes the caller's quality floor and includes ranking evidence plus optional public-contact enrichment.
Use a commodity scraper when you only need raw place rows.
Use this Actor when downstream software needs ranked, contactable business opportunities.
Public-email focused run
{"searchQuery": "accounting firm","location": "Melbourne, Australia","maxLeads": 50,"requireWebsite": true,"extractPublicEmails": true,"minimumOpportunityScore": 35}
Local-service lead run
{"searchQuery": "plumber","location": "Sydney, Australia","maxLeads": 25,"minimumOpportunityScore": 35}
Pricing
The primary Pay Per Event charge is qualified-lead at US$0.005 per delivered qualified lead.
That is US$5 per 1,000 delivered qualified leads at the base price.
Filtered candidates are not charged the custom event.
Delivery and charging are coupled: if a paid result cannot fit the run's event budget, it is not stored as a charged lead.
The Actor also exposes spend and volume controls so automated callers can constrain cost:

AI-agent / MCP use
This Actor is suitable as a tool for autonomous agents that need to answer requests such as:
Find dentists in Brisbane with public websites and business contact evidence. Rank the strongest B2B opportunities and return structured lead records.
The result rows are intended to be consumed directly by APIs, MCP clients, LLM agents, workflow automation, CRMs, and data pipelines.
Current source strategy
Production discovery currently defaults to kaix/google-maps-places-scraper in low-cost basic mode.
The Actor then performs its own normalization, deduplication, website/contact enrichment, MX checking, filtering, and opportunity ranking.
The source adapter remains isolated so upstream providers can be changed if reliability, schema quality, or unit economics deteriorate.
Evidence boundary
The opportunity score is a relative ranking signal from observed public business data.
It is not:
- a probability of purchase
- proof of buying intent
- a revenue forecast
- a guarantee that a business will respond
- a guarantee that a public email is monitored
Public contact enrichment is intended for legitimate business research and automation workflows. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, and communications requirements.
