Recently I was scraping Ad library (about 15k of results), but scraped finished at 6k. Is where any way to continue scraping or skip first 6k results?

Also interested if it's a way to know why it finished at 6k?

There is some random limit around ~6k for scraping ads per search url, Don't know why, but this is far more than number of ads you can access manually by scrolling down on ads search results page.
