New credentials not picked up when run resurrected

Runs are failing after several hundred records - when new cookies are added to the input page to fix this & resurrect, the new credentials are not used and the logs show unable to login to facebook account.

You can't resurrect with new input, but you can start a new run with new cookies and use "cursor" value from last run (you can find it under key-value storage named "state") to resume scraping from last record
