Scraping Data over Multiple Runs

I am scraping followers from one specific page. However, it stops after 3-400 results. How would I get it to run again and do the next 300-400? Ensuring I do not scrape the same details twice

Just resurrect the actor or use 'cursor' value from keyvalue storage named 'state' of last run and pass it to 'start from cursor' field of new run
