I have the same issue: my actor runs on a schedule and was working non-stop for 1 day and 23 hours over the weekend. It took more than 35 bucks. How is that possible? And who will compensate me for the financial losses?

Why did you want to raise the price of the actor when it hasn't been working correctly for the second week already?
Check your logs, it says failed authorise with linkedin which is due to expired cookies. You should try with new cookies,
or just open incognito tab, search jobs on linkedin without logging in and then provide that search url to the actor without cookies
