Is there a way to scrape the lastest x number of posts? I have the feeling the scraper just scrapes randomly some posts? Can you explane this please?

Yes you can scrape latest posts using a search url that is sorted by "Latest" and "Date posted" filters. Also if you think it is scraping randomly, then you must share your run when creating the issue to investigate it
