Does the scraper only work on the person from where you took the scarper or can you scrape other people's LinkedIn is yo uused your own account for the cookie?

I ran it once but come out as 2 runs but both failed

Bit of background I am using the API from within Relevance.ai to scrape LinkedIn profiles. After it failing I just copied my JSON input again without re-downloading my own LinkedIn cookies and pasted it into relevance and on this run it did work. I am just wondering and confirming I don't have to redownload cookies and that I would only have to do that once and then it should work continously.
