Hey i add maybe 30 members slow with my account but my telegram account is blocked ( its deleted) what can i do that this not happen again ?

There can be several reasons for your account getting blocked:
- The telegram account was new/fake
- You didn't use a proxy
- Many users you've added to your group found it as spam and reported it / blocked you
Avoid these and you might be able to reduce the chances of getting blocked
