Gault&Millau France Restaurant Guide Scraper — Notes, Toques, Chefs

The complete Gault&Millau France selection as structured data: 6 000+ restaurants with the guide's rating out of 20, toques (0–5), chef, cuisine, occasions and services, average price, geocoded address, opening slots and the public guide URL. Filter by city, département or region, minimum toques or rating, cuisine, and free text. Optional detail mode adds the full guide review with its edition year, the menu with dish prices, style and extras, website, social links and the establishment phone.

This is the only Actor on Apify Store covering the Gault&Millau guide. It reads the guide's own public search engine and pages, with no browser, no login and no proxy overhead: fast, cheap to run, stable.

Pricing

Pay per event: one restaurant event per row in listing mode, one restaurant detail event per enriched page, plus a small Actor start fee. The whole French selection (6 000+ rated restaurants with chef, rating, toques and coordinates) costs less than a single restaurant guide subscription.

Notes

• Ratings, toques and reviews are editorial content of Gault&Millau; use them with attribution and in compliance with the guide's terms. Phone and website are the establishments' public business contacts.
• The Actor reads the search configuration from the live site at each run, so it keeps working if the guide rotates its search key.
• Opening slots reflect the guide's data and may lag the restaurant's actual hours.
