price	Price when shown.
currency	EUR or RON when shown.
description	Short text from the card.
location	City on the card.

size	Floor size when shown, such as 70 mp.

area	Floor area in square meters.
area_type	usable, built, or total when the card says which kind of area it is.
land_area	Plot size in square meters when shown.
year_built	Year the building was finished, when shown.
floor	Floor number. Ground floor is 0.

partitioning	Layout such as decomandat or semidecomandat.
condition	Finish such as la cheie, when shown.
frontage	Street frontage in meters, when shown.
land	Plot label such as intravilan or extravilan.
property_type	Extra type on the card, such as commercial space.
metro	Walk time to the metro when shown.
features	Other labels printed on the card.
category	Site subcategory label.
date	Posted time in Romania local time, such as 2026-09-28T19:54:00+03:00. Older ads that only show a day use midnight that day.
