🛠️ Filters explained

Filter	What it does
Place	City or address to search near (e.g. Los Angeles, CA). Required for search mode.
Space type	What to look for: Pools, Tennis, Pickleball, Hoops, Pet Parks, Mansions, or Discover.
Adults	Guest count used for pricing context (does not filter by capacity).
Max listings	How many results to return (1–2000).
Enrich details	Also open each listing page for amenities, hours, and sample reviews (slower).
Listing URLs	Optional direct Swimply URLs. If set without a place, only these URLs are scraped.
