Two ratings that are easy to confuse

averageRating is the all-time score. lastTwelveMonthsRating covers only the last year and is usually the higher, more flattering number — it is the one most badges display. recommendPercentage is a third, separate measure. All three are returned so a comparison is possible rather than assumed.

Both the numeric ID and the name in the URL are required — Kiyoh serves the same page shell for any numeric path, so a URL that loads in a browser is not proof the company exists. The Actor validates against the API instead.

Notes on cost

Reviews come from Kiyoh's own public JSON API — no browser, no proxy, and 25 reviews per request. A company with 100 reviews costs four requests and a few seconds.
