Website Contact Extractor — emails, phones & socials from any website

Paste a list of company websites and get back their public emails, phone numbers and official social profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, GitHub, Telegram, WhatsApp, Xing…), plus company name, description, language and the best contact page. Built for lead generation, CRM enrichment, sales prospecting and agency outreach.

$2 per 1,000 websites + $0.008 when at least one email is found. Unreachable sites are free. No login, no API key.

Why this extractor finds more contacts

Most tools read only the homepage. This one visits the homepage plus the pages where companies actually publish contacts: contact, about, team, legal and German/Austrian/Swiss Impressum pages. If those pages aren't linked, it tries common paths such as /contact, /about and /impressum (Shopify stores: /pages/contact).

It also catches emails that simple regex tools miss:

  • mailto: links and Cloudflare-protected emails (decoded)
  • obfuscated addresses like info(at)firma.de or sales [at] acme [dot] co [dot] uk
  • schema.org / JSON-LD data (email, telephone, sameAs)

And it filters out the noise: placeholder addresses (john.doe@, max.mustermann@, you@example.com), noreply@ addresses, vendor and tracking addresses (@sentry, @wix, @godaddy…), and regulator or data-protection authority addresses that appear on legal pages. Emails on the company's own domain are listed first.

In our test on 25 small-business, agency, e-commerce and SaaS websites from the US, UK and Germany, 21 had at least one public email, 17 had a phone number and 23 had social profiles — every email was on the company's own domain.

FAQ

Which pages does it read? The homepage, then contact, Impressum, about, team and legal pages on the same site, up to Max pages per website. It never leaves the website's own host, so you won't get emails from other sites it links to.

Why does a website have no email? Some companies only offer a contact form, or load their contact details with JavaScript. You still get the phone numbers, socials and contact page when they exist — and you pay only $0.002 for that row.

What does blocked mean? The site answered with bot protection (e.g. a CAPTCHA). The extractor already retries with a browser-like connection; if you see many blocked rows, run them again with a residential proxy.

Are phone numbers formatted? Numbers shown with a country code (+44 20 7946 0958, 0049 30 …) are returned as E.164 (+442079460958). Numbers without a country code are returned exactly as the site shows them. Fax numbers, dates, VAT and registration numbers are skipped.

Is it legal? It reads only publicly available business contact information from public web pages, the same way a visitor would. Under GDPR, business emails of named people (e.g. jane.smith@company.com) are still personal data — make sure you have a legitimate interest, contact people with relevant, personalised messages, honour opt-outs and follow CAN-SPAM, PECR and local anti-spam rules.
