Workday Jobs Scraper

Workday Jobs Scraper exports every open job from any company's Workday career site (*.myworkdayjobs.com): NVIDIA, Salesforce, Adobe, Intel, Cisco, Mastercard and thousands of other employers. Each job comes with title, all locations, remote flag, job type, exact posting date, salary range (when the posting states one), apply link and the full description as plain text.

What can this tool do?

• Export all open jobs from one or many Workday career sites in a single run.
• Search with Workday's own keyword search and filter by location text (for example "Germany" or "remote").
• Get the exact posting date, every location of multi-location jobs, and the job type (full time, part time).
• Read the salary range that US and EU pay-transparency rules require in many postings (min, max, currency, per year or hour).

How to use it

1. Open the company's careers page and click any job. If the address contains myworkdayjobs.com, copy it up to the site name, for example https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite.
2. Paste one link per line. Optionally add a keyword, a location, and the maximum number of jobs per site.
3. Click Start.
4. Download the jobs as JSON, CSV, Excel, or pull them through the API.

Pricing

Pay per job: $1.50 per 1,000 jobs, plus $0.005 per run. You only pay for jobs you receive. Set a maximum cost per run in the run options.

Use it through the API, AI agents, and integrations

Call it from your code with the Apify API, schedule it daily to track new openings, or connect it to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, or an AI agent through Apify's MCP server.

Is it legal?

The tool reads the public job listings that each company publishes on its Workday career site, without logging in. It outputs job and company data only: recruiter and hiring-manager details are not collected, and personal email addresses inside job descriptions are replaced with "[email removed]" (role addresses like jobs@ stay). You are responsible for how you use the data.

FAQ

Why do I get at most 2,000 jobs from a big employer? Workday itself returns at most 2,000 results per search. Run several searches with keywords (for example "engineer", "sales") to cover more.

Why is the salary empty? Many postings state no pay range. When a posting lists several ranges (for example by level), the first one is used.

A career site returns an error. Check that the link ends with the site name (the part after myworkdayjobs.com/). A few employers block automated access to their Workday site; those are listed in the run log.
