Trustpilot Reviews Scraper: company reviews with replies, by domain

Get the Trustpilot reviews of any company as clean JSON: rating, title, text, dates, verification, reviewer country and the company reply. Type the company domain or paste its Trustpilot URL, and run. Newest first or most relevant, filtered by star rating and language if you want.

No login, no API key, no proxy setup. Trustpilot checks every visitor's browser, and that check is handled for you.

Run it with the default input to see it work. It returns the latest reviews of apify.com.

Pricing

Pay per review returned: $0.30 per 1,000 reviews, charged only for rows that land in the dataset. No start fee. A company that is not found costs nothing. Apify's free monthly credit covers thousands of reviews, so you can evaluate without paying.

Subscriptions and shared agent access

Scored signals from SEC, FDA, Congress and other official filings. The daily output is hashed and anchored, so past signals cannot be edited. Agents call it over MCP. See the track record

Every score in every report lists the terms it was built from, so you can check the number instead of trusting it.

This Actor is part of DataSignals Lab. It does not feed the signal reports. The plans below cover those and the shared MCP access. All prices are listed on the pricing page:

  • Free. Report previews, a weekly signal digest and 50 free MCP calls per month for AI agents.
  • Snapshot, $19 one time. The current edition of one report plus 30 days of updates.
  • DataSignals Pro, $29 per month or $290 per year. All three reports refreshed monthly, MCP access for AI agents (2000 calls per month fair use), email alerts. Cancel anytime.

Who uses this

  • Support and product teams tracking what customers complain about, per week and per country.
  • Competitive intelligence: pull the reviews of three competitors side by side.
  • Sales teams looking for companies whose customers complain about a problem you solve.
  • Researchers and NLP teams who need labelled text (the star rating is the label).
  • AI agents that answer "what are customers of this company unhappy about" from live data.

Need app reviews instead? See App Store Reviews Scraper and Google Play Reviews Scraper.

Limits and honesty

  • Trustpilot shows 200 reviews per filter without a login. Up to 200 reviews per company you get them in one list. Above 200 the Actor collects per star rating, 200 each, so at most 1,000 per company and fewer if a company has few reviews for some ratings.
  • Above 200 the rows come grouped per star rating, not as one list sorted by date.
  • For a full history of a large company, run it on a schedule with sort set to recency and de-duplicate on review_id.
  • Use the domain exactly as Trustpilot lists it. Some companies are listed with www., others without. When in doubt, paste the Trustpilot URL.

Integrations

Works with the Apify API, scheduled runs, webhooks, and the Apify MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT and other agents can call it as a tool. Export to JSON, CSV, Excel or push into Google Sheets.
