$2.49 per 1,000 channels with an email on Starter ($2.99 Free, $1.99 Scale, $1.69 Business). The prefilled run (50 channels) costs about $0.12. Channels without a public email are free.

What it does

The Actor finds channels by search term, or reads the channels you paste, and looks for a public email in two places: the channel's own description, then the websites it links (their homepage and contact pages). Each row says which one it came from in emailSource.

You only pay for channels with an email, so a niche where few creators publish one doesn't cost you more. maxChannels counts the channels saved, not the ones read.

Good for:

  • building an outreach list of creators in a niche
  • finding sponsorship or partnership contacts
  • adding emails to a list of channels you already have

Input

FieldWhat it does
🔍 Search terms (searchQueries)Words to search on YouTube, one per line.
📺 Channels (channels)Or paste channels: a link, an @handle or a UC channel ID.
📊 Max channels with an email (maxChannels)The run stops after saving this many, across all terms.
🌍 Search country (country)Search as from this country. United States by default.
🗣️ Search language (language)Search in this language. English by default.
🌐 Scan linked websites (scanLinkedWebsites)On by default, at no extra price. Off: descriptions only.
📧 Only channels with an email (onlyWithEmail)On by default. Off: the others also go to a separate dataset, free of charge.
👥 Min subscribers (minSubscribers)Keep only channels at least this big.
📅 Joined after (joinedAfter)Keep channels created on or after a date, or within a period such as 2 years.
📅 Joined before (joinedBefore)Keep channels created before a date, or longer ago than a period such as 5 years.

For a niche outside the US, set the search country and language: country DE and language de search YouTube as a German viewer does. They change what YouTube ranks and don't limit the channels to that country, so the row's country can still say something else. They don't apply to channels you paste. The joined filters apply to both, and leave out a channel that shows no date.

Output

One row per channel, the same keys in every row, null where YouTube or the channel doesn't show a value. Fields, in row order: channelName, handle, url, subscribers, avgViews, country, email, emailSource, website, instagram, tiktok, hasHiddenEmail, emails, facebook, x, linkedin, avatar, videos, totalViews, lastUploadAt, joinedDate, isVerified, countryCode, description, links, searchQuery, input, fromYTUrl, id, scrapedAt.

  • emailSource is description or site.
  • avgViews is the average of the newest uploads, or of all videos when those can't be read.
  • hasHiddenEmail is true when YouTube holds a business email behind its sign-in button. That address needs a signed-in account and a captcha, so this Actor doesn't read it: the flag only tells you it exists. A channel with nothing else public isn't charged.

The results table has three views: Overview, Stats (subscribers, views, videos, last upload) and Contacts (channelName, email, emails, website, instagram, tiktok, facebook, x, linkedin, links).

The Run summary has the email rate of the run: channels read, emails from descriptions and from sites.

How many emails to expect

It depends on the niche. In runs on November 2, 2026, 28% of the channels read had a public email in home workout and personal finance (2 runs, 184 and 200 channels) and 46% in real estate investing and woodworking at 1,000+ subscribers (1 run, 136 channels). A 50-channel run read 136 to 200 channels and took 46 to 106 s.
