Enter any website and get back every email address, phone number, and social media link on it — cleaned, validated, and deduplicated into one tidy record per company. No API key, no setup, no bloat. Built HTTP-first so it stays fast and cheap, and it quietly uses a real browser only for the pages that actually need one.
What does Contact Info Scraper do?
Contact Info Scraper visits any website you give it, follows its internal links to a depth you choose, and extracts all publicly available contact information:
- Emails — including addresses hidden behind Cloudflare protection or obfuscated as
name [at] domain [dot] com. - Phone numbers — validated against Google's libphonenumber and split into high-confidence vs. uncertain.
- Social media links across 15 platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, GitHub, Reddit, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Medium, Discord, and Threads.
It's a fast, no-API-key alternative to writing your own crawler, and it hands you a clean list you can drop straight into a spreadsheet or CRM.
Why use Contact Info Scraper?
- Cleaner data. Junk that other scrapers return — CDN links, image paths, tracking pixels,
noreply@/placeholder addresses, and the same phone number repeated under three wrong country codes — is filtered out. - One clean row per company.
summary_onlymode gives you a single deduplicated record per website, ready for outreach. No manual merging. - Spreadsheet-friendly. Flat fields like
primary_email,email_count, andprimary_phonesit next to the full arrays, so CSV and Excel exports just work. - Know where every email came from.
email_sourcesmaps each address to the exact page(s) it was found on. - 15 social platforms — more than any comparable extractor, including developer/creator platforms (GitHub, Medium) others skip.
- Low, predictable cost. HTTP-first means a browser is only spun up for JavaScript-heavy pages. Optionally skip charging for pages with no contacts at all.

How to scrape contact details from a website
- Enter one or more website URLs in the Target URLs field.
- Set the crawl depth (how many link-hops to follow) and a result limit.
- (Optional) Set URL filters to focus on pages like
/contact,/about,/team. - (Optional) Choose Output mode → Summary only for one clean row per company.
- Click Start, then download your results as JSON, CSV, or Excel.
How much does it cost?
The Actor is HTTP-first, so most pages are fetched with a lightweight request and a browser is only used when a page needs JavaScript — which keeps runs cheap. New Apify accounts include $5 in free monthly credits, enough to try it on hundreds of sites. Enable Only return pages that have contacts so you're never charged for empty pages.
Input
Provide at least one URL in Target URLs. Everything else is optional:
- Target URLs — the websites to scrape.
- Depth — how many link levels to follow (0 = only the given page).
- Total Results — cap on the number of results.
- Rendering mode —
auto(recommended),browser(most complete), orhttp(cheapest). - Output mode —
both,summary_only(one row per company), orpages. - Only return pages that have contacts — skip (and don't get charged for) empty pages.
- Lock Domain / URL include & exclude patterns — control what gets crawled.
See the Input tab for the full list with descriptions.
Output
Each website produces one deduplicated summary record (and, unless you choose summary_only, one record per page). Example summary:
{"type": "summary","start_url": "https://wikimediafoundation.org/contact/","domain": "wikimediafoundation.org","pages_crawled": 12,"primary_email": "info@wikimedia.org","emails_joined": "answers@wikimedia.org, business@wikimedia.org, donate@wikimedia.org, info@wikimedia.org, legal@wikimedia.org","email_count": 5,"primary_phone": "+1 415-839-6885","phone_count": 2,"emails": ["answers@wikimedia.org","business@wikimedia.org","donate@wikimedia.org","info@wikimedia.org","legal@wikimedia.org"],"phone_numbers": ["+1 415-347-8540", "+1 415-839-6885"],"uncertain_phone_numbers": [],"facebook": ["https://www.facebook.com/wikipedia"],"instagram": ["https://www.instagram.com/wikipedia/"],"linkedin": ["https://www.linkedin.com/company/wikimedia-foundation"],"youtube": ["https://www.youtube.com/@wikipedia"],"tiktok": ["https://www.tiktok.com/@wikipedia"],"github": [],"email_sources": {"info@wikimedia.org": ["https://wikimediafoundation.org/contact/"]},"scraped_urls": ["https://wikimediafoundation.org/contact/", "https://wikimediafoundation.org/about/"]}
Tip: Filter the dataset by
type = "summary"for the clean per-company list, ortype = "page"for full per-page detail.
Tips
- Start small — test with
Depth: 2and a modest result cap before a large run. - Use URL filters — set include patterns like
["/contact", "/about", "/team"]to focus on the pages most likely to have contacts, saving time and cost. - For lead lists, use
summary_only— you get one tidy row per website, perfect for CRM import. - If a site looks empty, set Rendering mode → Browser to force full JavaScript rendering.
- Phone numbers are best-effort across 200+ countries; check
uncertain_phone_numbersfor anything that needs a human eye.
