Reads the open jobs of the companies you list straight from their career sites on 14 applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and Ashby among them. Enter domains or board links; the actor finds each company's system, and every job can carry your own reference, such as a CRM ID.
Each Personio career site's robots.txt is read first. A site that disallows its job feed is skipped with a note in the SUMMARY record and a warning in the log, and nothing is charged for it.
BambooHR: a remote job takes its location from the region the company allows, such as Bangalore, India, remote is filled, and workplaceType is remote, hybrid or on-site as the board sets it. On one board 18 of 27 jobs used to have no location and hybrid jobs counted as on-site. applyUrl now links to the job page, where the application form is.
Workable: employmentType reads Full-time, Part-time, Contract or Temporary. Workable sends short codes such as full, which left employmentTypes empty and made the employment type filter drop most Workable jobs.
Workday: internal codes before companyName are removed, such as the tax number in 52-2185192 Banc of America... and the entity code in 7Z4 Pfizer, Inc.. Names that start with digits, such as 3M or 7-Eleven, are kept.
When a site answers HTTP 429, the actor waits as long as Retry-After asks, or 5, 10 and 20 seconds, and keeps a slower pace. A site that still refuses is not requested again in that run; the log and stoppedHosts in the SUMMARY record name it.

Fixes
In new-only mode, jobs left out by Maximum jobs per company or by the run's maximum cost arrive in the next run. They used to be saved as seen and never came.
Lever descriptions include the lists below the main text, such as the requirements under their heading, and the closing section, so skills, years of experience and education level are found more often.
Ads that say a job is "not eligible for relocation or company provided sponsorship" get visaSponsorship: false.
Jobs read from a Workday site get companyName from the job page: the legal entity that posted the job, without Workday's internal number, for example NVIDIA USA. The field used to be empty on Workday.
In the daily index search, careerSiteUrl is a working link for Ashby boards whose name has a space (https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/flock%20safety) and for Lever boards on the EU host, which used to point at jobs.lever.co and return 404.
The output schema describes every field of rows from the daily index search, including companySlug, careerSiteUrl, descriptionIncluded, indexDate and scrapedAt, and names the boards that publish companyWebsite: Ashby, Lever and, in the index search, iCIMS.
