Resolve Peppol participant IDs against the official Peppol Directory JSON search API. Returns one Dataset row per lookup with found/not found, entity name(s), country, websites, registration date, document-type count and raw match metadata.
No API key. Public Peppol network directory used by e-invoicing and AR/AP automation teams.

What it does
- Accepts a list of participant IDs (
iso6523-actorid-upis::0192:991825827, or bare0192:991825827). - Calls the official Peppol Directory search API for each ID (with optional throttle + retries).
- Writes one Dataset row per lookup:
found, entity fields,docTypes,error.
